Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Tunisia

On the heights of Medjez El-Bab, near Testour, in the north-west of Tunisia, grow the majestic hundred year old olive trees of Domaine Adonis, formerly called Auvergne Farm, which dates back to colonial times (1903)

The picking of the different varieties of organic aolives is done manually from October to December according to the strictest quality standards and with respect for ancestral traditions but also during the extractions in our own mill of its precious oils that give our products exceptional quality as well as unique flavors and aromas awarded internationally. 

Acidity: 0%-0.3%

Not a significant source of dietary fiber, sugar, vitamin A, vitamin C, Calcium and Iron. 

The extra virgin olive oil thus obtained is strictly cold extracted for low acidity. Store in a cool, dark place. It is best to consume it within two years of making it.
