CONTENT :

100% concentrated pharmaceutical grade Zechstein Inside Magnesium Chloride flakes (47% MgCl2)

DIRECTION :

  • For foot soak. add 100g of Elementz Magnesium Flakes to enough warm water to cover feet. Soak for 20-40 minutes
  • For body soak, add 300g-500g of Elementz Magnesium Flakes to warm bath water. Lay back and relex for 20-40 minutes
  • The amount of flakes may be increased for a more therapeutic experience
  • It is recommended to do either foot soak 2-3 times per week or body soaks once a week
